What personal information do we collect from Users that use “FromX” application?
We may collect two types of data and information from our Users: Non-personal Information, which is non-identifying and non-identifiable information, without particular reference to the identity of the User from which such information was collected; Personal Information which is individually identifiable information that identifies an individual, or may with reasonable effort identify an individual, either alone or in combination with other information, or may be of private or sensitive nature. For the avoidance of doubt, any Non-personal Information connected or linked to any Personal Information shall be deemed as Personal Information as long as such connection or linkage exists.
Personal and Non-personal Information which is being gathered in connection with the application may consist of the following:
The User may also automatically provide us with certain technical Non-personal Information and aggregated usage information, such as the User’s mobile device brand and model, operating system type and version, screen resolution, geo-location, which Third Party Services’ applications are installed on the User’s device and User’s uses thereof through the application , the User’s manual configurations, ‘click-stream’, interactions and activities on the application, the period of time the User used the application and related time stamps, crash and error logs, etc.
To auto register with email, we ask for get account permission at the time of install application.
The User may additionally be asked to grant the application with certain access permissions to information stored on his/her device’s address book, regarding the User’s contacts. Such information may also include contact information stored locally by the User via certain third-party applications installed on the device. Such information will not be collected by us and will only be stored locally on the User’s device, and may be utilized in order to use additional features of the application reliant upon such permissions.
The User may also grant us with certain access permissions to his/her existing Facebook account (“FB Account”) and Google Plus account, and thereby provide us with certain information about the User, such as the User’s date of birth and list of friends, as made available by the User through his/her FB and Google Account. However, such information is also not collected by the Company, and may be processed and saved locally on the User’s device. Such info can be used to give user more personalized user experience.
The User may voluntarily provide us with any other Non-personal and Personal Information, such as certain contact information provided by the User when contacting us (and any additional information related to such contacts), and/or other information related to actions performed by the User in connection with the application.
When registering to FromX application, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address or other details to help you with your experience
How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you when you register and/or make a purchase and/or browse the application and/or or use certain other application features.
We collect Non-personal and Personal Information in order to provide, operate and improve the application, and any and all features related thereto, including for statistical and research purposes; to enable us to further develop, customize and improve the application based on Users’ common preferences, uses, attributes and anonymized data; to create and provide our research and business partners and affiliates with anonymized data and other aggregated, statistical and/or inferred Non-personal Information; to enable us to provide our Users with a better user experience, with more relevant and accurate information, services, features and functionalities, and with technical assistance and support; and in order to abide by any applicable law.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
For avoidance of doubt, the Company may transfer and disclose to third parties or otherwise use Non-personal Information at its own discretion.
How do we protect your information?
Our application is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your use of our application as safe as possible.
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services within the application. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our application and welcome any feedback about these sites.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States’ consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online.
We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.
Fair Information Practices
The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect personal information.
In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur:

We will notify the users via in-app notification within 7 business days
We also agree to the Individual Redress Principle which requires that individuals have the right to legally pursue enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law. This principle requires not only that individuals have enforceable rights against data users, but also that individuals have recourse to courts or government agencies to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by data processors.
